After creating an account you will collect G Points with every online purchase. You can redeem your points on your very next online purchase or collect them for later use. For every £1 you spend in an order with us (excluding postage), you will earn 1 G Point. Every 15 G Points is worth £1 off a future online purchase.

How do I know how many points I have?

Log into your account. If you click on any of the links to "Modify Account" or the "Your Account" link at the top of the page, you should see how many G Points you have. 

Why do I have to create an account to collect points? 

We need you to have an account in order for us to track how many points you earn and spend. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information. You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points. 

How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order? 

1. Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method. 
2. Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order. 
3. Click "Submit Order".
4. If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, you will be prompted for another payment method for the remaining amount.

How do I know how many points I have earned per order? 

1. Log into your account. 
2. Click on "Orders History". 
3. Select which order you want to look up. There you will see the "Points Earned for this Order" and any G Points applied for a discount

This is because we have to process the order first during office hours. Once this is done then your account is then updated with the new amount.

Are there any other benefits?

Yes! Earn 75 points for every product review you write that gets published on this website. You can add your review by logging in then going to the product page and using the "Add your review here" section at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, email us your review and we'll credit your account if it is accepted for publication. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject reviews and there is no guarantee if and when a review is published.
